随着"建设面向南亚、东南亚辐射中心"等国家战略的提出,以及"一带一路"构想、"亚投行"成立、中国—东盟命运共同体等国家重要举措的实行,作为中国对外开放战略前沿和窗口的云南在中华文化推广上的重要性不言而喻,而云南汉语国际教育则应承担起相应的责任和义务。文章尝试就云南汉语国际教育在留学生人数和来源、留学生奖学金、教学机构和教学层次、海外本土教师培养、师资队伍和教学理念以及教学方法、汉语国际教育研究发展情况等六个方面的成就进行评述。在发展定位、教育资源的利用、打造特色汉语国际教育、对跨境民族的关注等四个方面上存在的问题以及相应的应对策略进行分析,以期对今后相关研究及实际工作有所助益。

Under a series of National strategies in recent years,the importance of Yunnan’s promotion of Chinese culture to outside world is self-evident.This paper attempts to comment on the achievements of international Chinese education in Yunnan in six aspects:1,the number and source of foreign students;2,scholarships for foreign students;3,teaching institutions and teaching levels;4,training of overseas local teachers,teaching staff;5,teaching philosophy and teaching methods;and 6,research and development of international Chinese education.And then it discusses the problems exist in terms of development orientation,utilization of educational resources,creation of international Chinese education with characteristics,and cross-border cooperation.
