通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对中华民族共同体意识和中国女排精神的内涵和联系进行诠释，运用案例分析法对中国女排精神的历史事件与中华民族共同体意识的联系进行分析，并得出结论与启示：中国女排精神与中华民族共同体意识在共同的价值追求、民族凝聚力、文化传承与认同、榜样示范、应对挑战等方面具备多重逻辑联系：爱国主义是中国女排精神的内生动力，共同的价值追求是中国女排精神的中坚基石，民族凝聚力是中国女排精神的外在表现，文化认同与传承是中国女排精神的时空延续，实践意义是中国女排精神的价值体现。

Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper interprets the connotation and connection between the consciousness of the Chinese national community and the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team. Using case analysis, it analyzes the historical events of the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team and its connection with the consciousness of the Chinese national community, and draws conclusions and inspirations. Patriotism is the endogenous driving force of the spirit of the team, common value pursuit is the cornerstone of the spirit, national cohesion is the external manifestation of the spirit, cultural identity and inheritance are the temporal and spatial continuity of the spirit.
